Return & Refund Policy

At Regency Fine Art & Frame, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent experience when it comes to returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Please review the policy below to understand how returns work and what qualifies.

Standard Returns — Ready-Made Items

We accept returns on eligible non-custom items within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be in its original condition and packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected

  • Any loss in value due to handling or damage may be deducted

Custom Framing & Custom Artwork

Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Custom framing projects

  • Personalized display builds

  • Made-to-order or bespoke artwork

  • Any items created using customer-provided materials

If a custom item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 2 days of placing your order as long as production has not begun.

Once materials are cut, ordered, or framing has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please notify us immediately with photos so we can assist you.

We will work quickly to repair, replace, or resolve the issue as appropriate.
